Ticket Delivery
Ticket orders will be processed one business day after the transaction is completed. Tickets may be picked up at the venue box office approximately one hour prior to performance.
Advance Tickets
On-line advance tickets are available on-line until midnight the day prior to the scheduled performance
At-Door ticket sales commence one hour prior to performance at the venue box office.
There are no refunds for advance tickets. Tickets may be exchanged for tickets of equal or lesser value for another performance date, depending on availability, up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance.
We suggest patrons arrive at the venue at least fifteen minutes prior to the performance start time, as all performances are General Seating.
*Latecomers will be seated at the most convenient break in the show (i.e. scene change). Ghost River does not guarantee that latecomers will be granted entrance.
